Terminator: Dark Fate
Director - Tim Miller
Cast - Linda Hamilton, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Mackenzie Davis, Natalia Reyes, Gabriel Luna
A science fiction movie always evokes a special interest, so does the Arnold Schwarzenegger's Terminator: Dark Fate. After stopping Sky-net from attacking human race, its time to tackle legion. Solution is same as the previous i.e. to destroy the terminator.
This latest sequel in Terminator series is less racy and more kind of conscience oriented where discussions hover around fate vs choice, machine decision vs human decision and so on. Though you could find good action sequences but you will enjoy Arnold's portrayal as a family man enjoying a life of a commoner at the same time keeping track of usual updates which it is supposed to as a human supportive terminator. Linda Hamilton (Sarah) is as aggressive as before and never fails entertaining especially her encounters with Arnold.
It is one more film added in list of films which warns about threats from advanced technology, but somehow convinces that humans can beat the technology gone rogue. I am not sure if technology can destroy humanity or not, but sure enough that humans are making their future more difficult by meddling with beautiful nature and breaking its backbone through deforestation and pollution resulting in irreversible CLIMATE CHANGE.
